By accessing and using the Woodlawn Chamber of Commerce website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Chamber membership is subject to the following terms:
- Membership fees are due annually and are non-refundable
- Members must maintain current contact and business information
- Members agree to conduct business ethically and professionally
- The Chamber reserves the right to terminate membership for cause
- Members may cancel membership with 30 days written notice
Payment terms for membership and services:
- All fees must be paid in advance
- Payment can be made by check, credit card, or electronic transfer
- Late payments may result in suspension of member benefits
- Returned payments incur a $25 processing fee
- Payment plans may be available upon request
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms:
- Do not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Do not transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Respect intellectual property rights of the Chamber and others
- Do not spam or send unsolicited communications to other members
The Woodlawn Chamber of Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
